We opened the coffee today and saw dried-out beans, devoid of any naturally occuring coffee oils, light in color (not at all dark) but we proceeded to make a presspot of coffee.
This brew does not taste anything like coffee. We had been using Ruta Maya and decieded to try your coffee.
We couldn't be more disappointed.
We request a refund and hope you will refund our payment as the "coffee" you sent us does not resemble coffee as we know it.
Maybe the beans are so old that they dried out and lost all of their oil, all of their flavor, all of their color.

This blend is so good! A perfect medium and flavor. Not too acidic and I loved the standard ground. Excited to explore new blends!
